About Joseph Jemal, President

Joseph joined ICER Properties in 2008 and began to manage, acquire, and develop multifamily and retail properties in the New York City boroughs with a strong focus on Upper Manhattan and The Bronx. Throughout this time Joseph worked closely under his father, Lawrence, absorbing decades of experience and skill. The guidance and training he received is invaluable and set up a rock-solid foundation of which to build.

In the past 13 years, Joseph has successfully acquired and developed more than 40 properties totaling 1,000 units and one million square feet in New York City

As ICER expanded nationwide, Joseph successfully sourced and financed the purchase of over 2,000 units in the Sunbelt States with an eye on amassing 10,000 units in the next two years.
